As good corporate citizens, our contributions are made in response to society’s needs and expectations, with the aim of realizing a richer life and better society.

Social Contribution Activities
Our employees volunteer their skills to assist in child education efforts. They participate in both regional activities and also in nationwide efforts, such as beach clean-up campaigns.

Sports Development
Hitachi Information Systems symbol sport is rifle shooting, an activity that demands a high degree of discipline. Our athletes have appeared in four consecutive major competitions, including the Olympics.

Contributory Activities
Hitachi Information Systems supports the non-profit organization “Budou-No-Ie” which runs a facility (with 11 rooms) where children who travel to Tokyo from remoter areas and their families can stay during treatment for intractable diseases. As a member of the Hitachi Group, we are contributing to organizations such as the Odaira Memorial Hitachi Education Foundation which contributes to the promotion of education and the Founder of Hitachi, Ltd., commemorative activities for the Year-end Mutual Aid Fund (sponsoring “Shinsetsukai”), the Hitachi Mirai Foundation which promote an understanding with society and cooperate with people in prison and young offenders institutions.
We also contribute to efforts to assist victims during times of natural disaster.
