Employee Activity Guidelines
A “New Fundamental Twenty-Point Series” of corporate ethics guidelines have been established at the daily operational level. These describe the 20 points that deserve special attention in each of 15 ethics categories, including adherence to corporate ethics laws, contracts, information security, environmental conservation, and manners and etiquette. Employees are instructed to follow these 20 points at all times in their daily work.
Workplace Roundtable Conference
|
The Workplace Roundtable Conference, which has existed since 1990, is a communication forum for employees in the company.
The Workplace Roundtable Conference is a system established for the airing of opinions and requests from employees and for reflecting their ideas in working conditions, welfare, and improvements in the working environment. It is also a venue for communicating company policy and the details of any changes in our systems.
Topics range from the work environment, work, wages, education, and welfare, to recreation. The company side answers opinions and requests proposed through this Workplace Roundtable Conference, and improvements― reflecting employees’ suggestions―are subsequently implemented.
