The “Medium Term Management Plan 2007 - 2010” aims to position our company where we will need to be ten years hence in the IT services industry. It is based upon the business expansion policy that is the core of our marketing strategy. The second half of this fiscal year is being used as a preparatory period for the initiation of the plan, addressing the inevitable issues that arise in the course of business so as to speed up the process.
Sales Engineering Strategy
In addition to expanding our market share by offering “selection and concentration,” we aim to strengthen our sales engineering system by launching consulting services and specialized sales systems, organized by industries and businesses, so as to quickly and effectively respond to customer needs. In addition, we will promote cooperation with each of our vendors so as to ensure channel expansion.
Business Strategy
We will quickly deal with minus growth situations so as to reduce risks associated with growth. In addition, with regards to our core services business, we will promote the following measures while responding to the global marketplace and in particular targeting the Asian region.
Packaged Application Integration
We will offer selection and concentration of our current product line-up and accelerate the shift towards high-growth potential products while improving our measures to offer services relating to packaged applications.
System Operations
We will aggressively promote investment in IT infrastructural services that harness data centers, networking, and security.
Sales Base
In addition to a re-organization aimed at promoting the cultivation of a professional organization so as to give us even more flexibility in a changing business environment, we are promoting a variety of other measures so as to build a lively and open-minded corporate culture.
