We are concentrating on acquiring qualifications that are directly related to the customer, such as vendor type qualifications, and now have some of the nations top class SAP Certified Consultants, Microsoft Certified Professionals, Oracle Certified Professionals with in our employment. In addition, we are professionally educating not just SE but also sales and marketing staff to promote efficiency in management and strengthen our proposals to our customers.
Strategies in Facilities and Equipment
Enhancing and upgrading the Data Center to strengthen credit capability.
The Hitachi Information Systems endeavors to strengthen, improve and expand the network service foundation and data centers nationwide in which the outsourcing service is central. The system operation technology is based within the data center which has a very high level of safety and strict security measures including a 24 hour 365 day operation system, numerous systematic chargers, private power plant generator, isolation facilities, and a biometric system to manage people entering and exiting rooms. In addition, through acquiring ISMS certification and other such high quality systems the information assets of the customer are fully protected. Through continued improvements in the data center and the provision of automated supervisory tools, we strive to build and strengthen a trusting relationship.
Organizational Strategy
In using IT developed by our company we are able to propose ideas that best suit the needs of the customer.
As an IT service company, Hitachi Information Systems will maximize usage of IT in our own businesses and hope that it becomes a model for efficient management. The IT technical know-how mastered by our company is reflected positively in the propositions to our customers and we can offer an IT environment that will enhance the customer's business know-how to its full extent. With these strategies, Hitachi Information Systems has set up at Osaki Headquarters a “ubiquitous office” that incorporates application architecture and network/security technology. By installing IP phones, wireless LAN lines, and a quarantined network, we were able to strengthen communication between our employees and customers and can use the knowledge gained from this in presentations to the customer.
