The basic principles for Hitachi Information Systems is to have belief in the infinite possibilities that a person has and how that can flourish given the opportunity, and to maintain pride as a pioneer in this industry while contributing to society through the development of outstanding technology, products and service.
We also recognize that a company is a member of society and following the proper route and fundamental goals for our business, we shall conduct our corporate activities fairly and honestly, while coexisting harmoniously with the environment and through positively contributing to society.

1) The employees of our company shall strive for a mutual understanding with both domestic and overseas companies and customers to establish friendly relations based on the spirt of harmony.

4) The employees shall fulfill our social missions and responsibilities and always act in conformity with all applicable laws, strictly observing the proper corporate eithics.

5) The employees shall observe and abide the proper corporate code of conduct and laws relating to fair competition.

6) The employees shall show respect to the management and technical expertise of other companies while fully recognizing our own and establish a strict administrative and management structure for safekeeping this information.

7) Knowing that maintaining international peace and safety is indispensable not only in the domestic industry but for all international related businesses, the employees shall strictly observe and abide all international trade related regulations.

8) The senior management shall follow the above standards and take initiatives to properly manage and offer guidance to their employees for the smooth conduct of business activities and also create a pleasant and organized work environment that would boost employee morale.
